Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date issued. You have 7 days after you have received your order to inform us of your intention to return. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All items are thoroughly checked for authentication and to ensure they are brand new without any defects and are non-refundable, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to SneakerPlug for store credit only. Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date issued. You must send your item back to us within 14 days of purchase and provide SneakerPlug with tracking information. You have 7 days after you have received your order to inform us of your intention to return.
STORE CREDIT PROCESS
To request store credit on an item, please email customer service at [email protected] with the relevant photographic evidence, and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving your request and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. We will then provide you with a payment link to cover return shipping costs and arrange collection and delivery of your item back to our warehouses. Please note return shipping costs will depend on the region you are shipping from. Please allow up to 7-10 days from the receipt of your request to process store credit. We will notify you by email when your credit has been processed.
For defective or damaged products, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team via email to file a claim.
All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are applicable to your order after it has been placed.
