Released May 24th 2022, the Gnarhunters x Nike SB Dunk Low follows Elissa Steamer’s skate and surf brands 2019 Blazer Mid. Dripped in in a towel-like, chenille-reminiscent material and an all-Black colourway, profile swooshes stick out at the rear while "GNAR" text in contrasting "White" can be seen on the heels. Gnarhunters branding cover the top of the tongues in a hand drawn-like style that showcases Steamer’s affinity for "raw" aesthetics. Speed-lacing systems, partly-serrated hangtags and all-White tread further add the 46-year-old’s personal takes to the Nike’s storied silhouette. "FUN SCREEN" graphic alongside snorkelling materials printed on the insoles nod to her personal and business interest in surfing. Super dope!
